• Function

1. Its function is to stabilize the hydraulic oil operating temperature at 40–60°C, preventing high temperatures from causing a decrease in oil viscosity, increased component wear, and reduced system efficiency.

2. The core structure consists of a copper tube and aluminum fin radiator, equipped with a high-flow cooling fan on the outside. Forced air cooling is achieved using either an engine-driven or electric drive.

3. The operating pressure is generally ≤2.0 MPa, with a rated heat dissipation power of approximately 30–50 kW, meeting continuous heavy-duty operating conditions. This assembly is corrosion-resistant and vibration-resistant. Maintenance requires regular cleaning of the fins to maintain efficient cooling.
