| Working Principle | 1. Hot coolant from the engine cylinder head flows into the radiator’s upper side tank through the inlet neck. |
| 2. Coolant is distributed through the aluminum tubes, where heat is transferred to the adjacent multi-louvered fins. | |
| 3. A hydraulically driven cooling fan pulls ambient air through the core, dissipating heat from the fins into the atmosphere. | |
| 4. Cooled coolant collects in the lower side tank and returns to the engine via the outlet neck to recirculate and maintain optimal engine temperature. | |
| 5. The pressure cap regulates system pressure, keeping coolant in a liquid state even at temperatures above its atmospheric boiling point (100°C/212°F). | |
